Automatic bank draft
Your bill is drafted from your bank account each month, so it is never late. There is no charge to sign up.
By phone
Call the Billing Service Department during office hours.
In person or drive-thru
1501 Citizens Way, Benton. The lobby takes cash, checks, money orders, and debit and credit cards.

How scammers work
Scammers call and say your bill is past due and your power will be cut off within the hour unless you pay right away.
We always send a past due notice before disconnecting service. We do not call for payments or ask for card or bank numbers over the phone. If you get a call like this, hang up and call us at 501-776-5930.
